Sébastien Boire-Lavigne, Director of Technology and Development, joined Sagem-Interstar in January 1999 as a product manager following a diverse portfolio of engineering management positions held internationally.

He is a graduate of the Université de Montréal's École Polytechnique and holds both engineering and Master of Science degrees.
